Boca de Ouro

São Paulo

Classic and forgotten cocktails mixed with the methodicalness of art restoration in a distinctly un-Brazilian setup. It's a novel, actual belly-up-to type bar behind a Brownstone-like facade that passes for Brooklyn with a little imagination and attracts an artistic crowd.

Good bottled craft beer (and two on draft) and excellent bar grub like bolovo – a Brazilianized Scotch egg – round out this neighborhood-y watering hole nicely.
