Curto Cafe

Rio de Janeiro

Though it's tricky to find, and it has all the charm of a department store, Curto Cafe shouldn't be missed if you're a coffee fan. Staff prepare excellent espresso drinks and there are plenty of snacks (pizza, brownies) on hand. The price? You decide. It's a pay-what-you-wish system, though suggested prices are posted on most products.

It's hidden on the 2nd floor of an unmarked shopping center. The easiest access is near the intersection of Nilo Peçanha and Rua da Quitanda. Head up the escalators and it's right there.
