Slow Bakery

Rio de Janeiro

The sourdough revolution has yet to take hold in Rio, so this modern bakery is something of a pioneer. A range of superb sourdough loaves are baked on-site and available both for takeaway purchase and as chunky sandwiches that can be enjoyed at the simple tables that line the place. The menu also includes salads, pastries and excellent coffee.
