Due to the elevated climate, pastures in the Serra Gaúcha are ideal for raising Angus cattle. This is Gramado's best traditional churrascaria (barbecue restaurant), and a change of pace from the town's typical non-Brazilian fare. An excellent salad bar preludes an all-out meat onslaught where seasoning takes a step back to allow the carne to shine. Excellent service.
