Venezuelan/Bolivian-owned casual place selling a variety of arepas (pancakes made with fresh corn) and cachapas (pancakes made with fresh corn, cornmeal and sugar). Everything is gluten-free and made to order, so it can take 15 minutes or so for your meal to arrive. The arepa de chocolate dessert, made with fruit, caramel, chocolate syrup and coconut shavings, is excellent.
