Suiza

Cochabamba

Formally attired waitstaff and an overall air of old-school traditional aloofness permeates Suiza. However, the almuerzo ejecutivo is a good deal at B$50, and the pasta is above average. The restaurant's specialty is fish, either pejerrey, surubí, trout or corvina, prepared in a number of ways, including our favorite, sudado (stew).
