One of the city’s sleekest business hotels. While the Europa’s rooms aren’t quite as nice as some of La Paz’s other business hotels, many have been recently renovated and you do get an excellent spa and pool area (open to the public for a daily-use fee). The rooftop restaurant sports a 360-degree view of La Paz.
