La Paz

Named for the altitude in which it lies, this lovingly restored 1840s-era home has a stone-floored interior patio, funky furniture and gorgeous stained-glass windows. The dorms are spacious with privacy curtains, though the top bunks are seriously high. It's one of the few places in town with a women-only dorm.
