Beloved local chef Roy is the brains behind this simple open-air restaurant just off the main drag. The menu features plenty of fresh seafood, including stone crab, coconut encrusted snapper and jerk lion fish, but there are also interesting chicken and pork dishes, all imbued with rich Caribbean flavors.
