Run by Chris and Jo Beaumont, the same couple who manufacture the amazing (and Ambergris-produced) Kakaw brand chocolate, this cafe serves up the finest cacao products on the island. There's also a new chocolate class, that includes learning about the history of cacao, making some chocolate and sampling the finished product. The 40-minute classes take place at 10:30am on weekdays.
Especially refreshing in this hot clime is the Chococino, an iced-chocolate drink made with French press coffee (BZ$10).
