Placencia Hostel

Backpackers have more options in Placencia now, with the opening of this excellent place. Run by welcoming local Chris, it's more like a guesthouse than a hostel, with a range of private fan-cooled rooms. The doubles with private bathroom are a bargain, especially by Placencia standards. There's a small kitchen, laundry service and bikes for rent.
