Bayview Guest House

Belize City

There are no actual water views at this guesthouse in the quiet residential area of Newtown Barracks but it is a short walk from some of the city's best nightlife. Its eight rooms are basic – curtains rather than doors separate the bathroom – but are fairly clean. Ask to look around and try to get a window onto the backyard.

Guests can access the communal kitchen.
