Karchma u Prichala

Belarus

The patio here, within a stone's throw of the lovely Neman River, is the best perch in town, and the food isn't half bad either. The menu mixes straight Russian fare with steaks, grilled fish and Western pub grub like chicken wings. It does pretty good coffee as well.

The opulent interior is cozy if a tad overdone.
