Salt Cafe

Barbados

An inviting small cafe/restaurant right on the Hastings main road serving absolutely delicious snacks and meals. The asian baos stuffed with fresh Caribbean fish are a fusion hit and are served with proper fries too rather than the pre-cut rubbish usually offered on the island. It gets busy, reserve to get one of the better tables inside.

The menu of mains is small but its all great – try the sweet potato encrusted fish.
