Also known as Hotel Pashur, this is the nicest place to stay in Mongla. It’s across the river (Tk 3 by ferry) from town, by the main bus stand. Set in peaceful gardens, the rooms here are bright and clean, though visibly musty. There's wi-fi at the lobby, wholesome food in the restaurant, and the resourceful manager speaks good English.
Pashur also has Mongla's only licensed bar located in an annexe, where you can drink upon producing your passport. Beers are Tk 400.
