In another marvel of Naxçivan eccentricity, Bullet mixes country-cottage, jazz and hunting themes in the basement of a green-glass building designed like an cubist's sketch of a helicopter. Food is predictably carnivorous, with 28-day dry aged steaks displayed in view-fridges and some excellent-value kebab meals.
Vegetarians could order soup and Caesar or Greek salad. It's in the Əyləncə Adası fun-park area at the southern end of town, half-way to the airport and easily spotted thanks to the Ferris wheel.
