Schokov

Vienna

Thomas Kovazh turned his chocolate-making dream into reality when he opened this sleek gallery-style shop. Today, Schokov sells some of Vienna's best pralines and truffles (over 200 varieties). Chilli, lavender, sea-salt, potato and pepper chocolate – you'll find them all in bar form here, alongside top Austrian brands like Zotter and Scharffen Berger. A 1½-hour, 20-chocolate-tasting workshop (English available) costs €29.
