Vestibül

Vienna

In the southern wing of the Burgtheater, Vestibül is a showpiece of marble columns and stucco topped off with a glorious sparkling mirrored bar. The menu is a contemporary take on traditional cuisine with a strong regional and seasonal focus; expect such dishes as lobster meat with sauerkraut, or braised veal shoulder with smoked catfish sauce. Reservations are recommended.

One-day Austrian cooking courses, in English and German, cost €140.
