Swing Kitchen

Vienna

Before you yawn when you hear the words 'vegan burger', bear with us – the ones served at Swing have been perfected to a fine, flavoursome, plant-based art. The chef-owners (the Schillingers) care about the environment, too, with non-plastic packaging and fair-trade ingredients going into the likes of the Chicago edgy, a hand-marinated vegan burger with organic ketchup, tomato and pickles.

When the kitchen swings, the high-ceilinged, metro-tiled restaurant buzzes with hungry folk at cheek-by-jowl tables.
