Wooleen Station

This sustainably run station, far out in the bush, is located near the world's largest radio telescope (and benefits from the same clear nights), as well as birdwatching on Wooleen Lake, mountain biking trails through bush and a riot of wildflowers in August. Camp in the outback, or stay in the nicely appointed homestead rooms (rates include full board).
