It took three years to transform King and Godfree, an Italian grocer since 1884, into this multi-venue wonder. There's Johnny's Green Room, with 360-degree rooftop views and a glitterati cocktail vibe; a deli with cold cuts, cheese and food to take away; Agostino wine bar and restaurant; and the all-day espresso bar for coffee, panini, pasta or a negroni or two.
There's also a wine shop, and gelati purveyor Pidapipo next door is technically part of the complex.
