Billed as Australia's longest-running play (it celebrated its 25th anniversary in Strahan in January 2019), this 1¼-hour, two-actor performance tells the picaresque tale of a group of convicts who escaped from Sarah Island in 1834 by hijacking a ship they were building. It's hugely entertaining, suitable for all age groups and involves audience participation.
It's presented in an amphitheatre attached to the visitor centre.
