Herons Rise Vineyard

The Southeast

Just north of town, Herons Rise has two upmarket self-contained cottages set among pinot noir vines. Both have log fires and lots of Tasmanian timbers (no, not to burn). We especially like the roomy apartment above the barn (good for families). Dinners by arrangement; breakfast optional ($15 per person for provisions).
