Something about this new music room doesn't quite gel – it all feels a bit fly-by-night and temporary. We hope we're wrong, because it's one of the few venues around Hobart to support live original music. The beers are crafty, and the room itself is gorgeous (part of the old Gibson's City Mill – all cast-iron columns and exposed timber ceilings).
