Head upstairs at the surf lifesaving club at Bluff Beach for fine food with an equally fine beach view. The ambitious menu cherry-picks highlights from global cuisines, but is particularly strong on Asian dishes – think red duck curry, Japanese-style pork dumplings and Vietnamese spanner-crab salad. Decor is casual chic, service is polished and the excellent wine list is predominantly Tasmanian.
