Chunky slate floors, old-time photographs and pub meals collide at the renovated 1869 Blinman Hotel. The kitchen serves up big, basic steaks, schnitzels, fish and chips and bangers and mash. There are colonial-style rooms and raggedy tent and caravan sites out the back, too (D'oh! They filled in the pool!).
