Adelaide Arcade

Top choice in Adelaide

Running between Rundle Mall and Grenfell St, the 1885 Adelaide Arcade is a high-Victorian commercial masterpiece, lined with high-end watchmakers, jewellers, coffee shops, coin dealers and tailors. You mightn't want to buy anything here, but it's worth a look for its lavish architectural stylings. There's a little free museum on the upper level, with some amazing photos of old-time Adelaide.
