What’s wine without cheese? The Granite Belt’s leading cheesemaker makes 11 cows' milk cheeses (all available for sampling), including double and triple bries, pungent blues and a particularly unique, whiffy washed-rind soft cheese. Regionally made artisanal condiments are also available, and there's an in-house cafe serving cheese platters and a good-value ploughman's lunch ($35 for two).
Strangely, the cafe only offers wines by the glass in the winter; wines by the bottle are sold year round.
