Flavours explode and thrill at this fun and popular place, co-owned by 2016 Masterchef Australia runner-up Matt Sinclair. He's usually in the kitchen, whipping up knockout dishes inspired by the tang, heat and intrigue of Southeast Asia. The result: anything from cuttlefish with green mango, lemongrass and betel leaf, to chargrilled chicken with green chilli and a sesame-and-ginger cream.
The naan bread and cocktails are equally impressive. Booking well ahead is advised. The last sitting for dinner is at 8.30pm.
