Noosa's first microbrewery fills an impressive warehouse space in Noosaville's industrial area (ring about its courtesy bus). The brews are balanced, easy-drinking and mostly vegan. There are eight to 10 beers on rotation, with regularly rotating IPAs, occasional collaborations and more unusual creations such as Japanese rice lager.
The warehouse is also home to a new venture: Fortune Distillery. The stainless-steel brewery alongside beautiful copper stills make a dramatic backdrop to the innovative, varied and good-value lunch and dinner menu, which includes, among other dishes, Milanese arancini, Wagyu beef tataki, vegan poke and a simple fish of the day.
