The Fire Cure crew brings a little bit of BBQ to the beach, though this is no snags-and-thongs affair but more of a Latin American twist. Share-style plates of grilled prawns, Wagyu steak and ribs are cooked over a charcoal grill, and there are hand-pressed tacos and show-stopping roast pork belly and lamb shoulder, which require 24 hours notice.
