Light Coffee

Brisbane

In sharp contrast to the roaring traffic outside, Eva Shao's temple to speciality coffee is uncluttered and soothing. Edibles are limited to croissants from Brisbane's renowned Danny's Bread, testament to the fact that coffee rules here. Impeccable, seasonal beans are roasted in-house and brewed as espresso and filter-style coffee. Also serves delicate, Taiwanese-style teas from Queensland's Arakai Estate.
