Phoebe Paradise

Fortitude Valley

Indie boutique Phoebe Paradise prides itself on selling 'fashion for ratbags'. At the helm is local artist-designer-musician Phoebe Sheehy, whose bold creations – from maxi dresses to socks – are known for their striking prints and motifs, including crushed beer cans, cigarettes, cicadas and native flora. The result is a subversive, light-and-shade fashion take on Queensland (and Aussie) culture.
