Light-washed Nodo serves up Brisbane's poshest doughnuts, with combos like Valrhona chocolate with beetroot. They're gluten-free, baked (not fried) and sell out quickly. The rest of the cafe menu is equally inspired, from porcini waffles with black garlic butter, mushrooms, kale, soft-fried duck egg, toasted hazelnut ricotta and wattleseed, to crushed avocado with camel-milk feta, Vegemite togarashi and black lime.
Great coffee too.
