Banana Benders Backpackers

Brisbane

This friendly backpackers offers basic rooms, a small kitchen and a great little deck. Air-con is optional ($4 per night in private rooms, $2 per person in dorms), and wi-fi is free for an hour daily. The place is a bit out of the way (a good thing), a 10-minute walk uphill from Roma St Station. Not a party palace.
