The risk of fusion food pays off at Babyface, where Aussie meets the rest of the world. Smaller dishes like crumbed pig's head on a saltbush stick, or larger plates like a sublime Moreton Bay schnitzel. Tasting menus allow diners to sample a smorgasbord: king prawns, wattle-seed tarts, wasabi-spiked salmon and other morsels. There are some interesting wines by the glass and upbeat, friendly staff.
