This intriguing exhibition unravels the mysteries of a fossil site found nearby which featured the preserved remains of long-extinct fish. These fossils are considered to be some of the best of their type in the world. The fish date from around 360 million years ago (the Devonian Period), meaning they predate the dinosaurs.
