There's not a TV in sight at this stunning homestyle hotel. From the paleo granola in the in-room breakfast provisions, to the filtered water system that even feeds the pools, everything has been considered. Three rooms have plunge pools, one has lighthouse views, while rooms in the main house share a lounge, lap pool and gourmet kitchen.
The organic linen, moody modern bathrooms and designer hardcover magazines and books in lieu of TVs add to the five-star appeal. It's all topped off with wonderful complimentary supplies of locally brewed beer, granola, yoghurt, homemade compote, Byron coffee and tea.
