Not exactly cheap, but nonetheless one of the best restaurants on the Kingston foreshore, Morks offers a contemporary spin on Thai cuisine, with Chinese and Malay elements added to the mix. Ask for a table outside to watch the passing promenade, and tuck into multiple starters; the crispy eggplant is highly recommended.
