Newly established within the Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort, this intimate and elevated chef's table features eight eclectic courses and a delightful wine list. The menu changes each month, with inventive and frankly awe-inspiring concoctions based on French tradition and influenced by Dutch, Norwegian and Indonesian cooking techniques.
The maître d' is a superb entertainer, as is the chef, who has picked up lots of ideas (and exotic ingredients) on distant travels. He prepares the food in full view of diners, describing each dish thoroughly.
