Screaming Eagle

Aruba

Channeling South Beach, this fabulously novel restaurant offers dinner in comfy canopy beds partitioned by sheer curtains, along with more traditional seating on a breezy patio and within an elegant dining room. The chef specializes in inventive concoctions such as crème brûlée of Hungarian duck liver and Colombian bean soup (with duck egg and pig feet); black truffles are available seasonally.

Although there's no official association with the Napa Valley's Screaming Eagle Winery, bottles from the cult favorite (and most expensive wine brand in all of America) are sold here. Better yet, on Monday those bottles (and the rest of the wine list) are discounted by 44%.
