A suitable, though boring, option below an office building, rooms here are massive and thus geared for families. Suites include kitchenette and satellite TV; the two-room choice also has a couch and dining table. Some may find the modern black and grey decor fashionable, while others may find it dull (we're in the latter camp). Breakfast is served in-suite.
The hotel is hard to find and inadequately signed: walk up Mesrop Mashtots Ave towards the Matenadaran, turn into the small compound opposite Grand Candy, head up the hill to the right and then into the AD Sakharov Armenian Human Rights Centre building on the left. The hotel is in the basement.
