After a hard day of doing anything (or nothing) there are few better ways to unwind than by working your way through the selection of microbrews at El Bolsón's original microbrewery. Guests are invited to a free sampling of the six varieties, including a smoky stout, wheat ale and blond ale. The food takes a back seat to the beer.
