Black Pan

Salta & the Andean Northwest

Black Pan is a hip spot, exceptionally well branded, and beloved by Tucumán’s young and upwardly mobile. Its standard is a 120g burger with cheddar cheese, served on a brioche bun. But you can build yours as you like. In a nod to California's famous In-N-Out chain, it will even do your burger 'animal style' (with grilled onions, extra pickles and Thousand Island dressing).

They also do Cajun chicken sandwiches and veggie burgers. There's a line out the door for a reason.
