Santa Fe’s decaying waterfront has been smartened, and this creatively designed hotel is a centerpiece. Brilliantly converted from grain silos, it features original, rounded rooms with marvelous views and plenty of modern comfort, though some are looking in need of a touch-up. Vistas from the rooftop pool, spa and sundeck are super, and service is excellent throughout.
A handsome cafe and a play area for kids are other highlights; there’s also an attached casino.
