When this parrilla went bust, the staff managed to reopen it as a cooperative, and what a great job they’ve done. The meat’s as good as you’ll taste in Rosario, but you can also enjoy homemade pasta, paella, creative salads and a warm, convivial buzz at the tightly packed, ageing tables. There are various midweek set menus that are great value.
