Parrillada San Cayetano

Mendoza & the Central Andes

Pickings are slim in Uspallata, so despite the slow service, overpriced sides, and skimpy portions of grilled chicken, San Cayetano is still worth a mention. The outdoor deck, with some tables made from wagon wheels, is very pleasant and it's one of the few restaurants open most of the day. Most meat orders are brought to the table on small barbecue grills.
