Named for the American jazz composer, this upscale but laid-back lair is great for a chill lunch or romantic dinner. Appropriately mellow jazz goes well with candlelit tables on a wooden waterfront deck overlooking the boats in the harbor, a good glass of wine and a menu revolving around the day's catch.
