Tisa’s Barefoot Bar

American Samoa

This social beachside restaurant specialises in super-fresh seafood with a Samoan twist. Opening hours can be sporadic, so it pays to call ahead. On Wednesday nights it fires up the umu (stone oven) for its legendary Samoan feast (US$40, bookings recommended), where traditional fare is given an international twist. Tisa's is also an exceptional spot for a cold beer or fruity cocktail.
