Restaurant Elita

Top choice in Shkodra

Respected and smart restaurant with an emphasis on imaginative recreations of classic Albanian and Italian dishes. The slow-cooked pork served in an inverted wine glass is just one such example. Very good value, considering the quality of the food. Earlier in the evening it seems to be mainly foreigners eating here, so for a more Albanian clientele, come later.
